AV Outfitters provides all clients with a limited 90-day warranty on all workmanship in addition to a manufacturer’s specific product warranty when a product is malfunctioning due to workmanship or is found to be defective. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, negligence, nor acts of God. Within the 90-day warranty period, labor associated with defective products or workmanship are included at no-charge. After the 90-day warranty period, service-calls are billed on a time and materials basis at AV Outfitters standard service rates. In addition, we offer a variety of premium 24/7 EXTENDED SERVICE PLANS to ensure your expectations are met long after the installation is complete in the way that you choose. Please note, some plans require an annual commitment.

Moved to a new house from out of state and they were able to install and coordinate everything remotely before we moved in including wifi install and set up with outside provider. The first night I arrived I had no furniture, but my all of my AV / TV’s / wifi worked perfectly! Thanks Brian!

We had the best installation experience with AV Outfitters in our new home!
Deveon and Joe installed 5 TV’s, sound bars, burglar and fire alarms, and a central monitoring system over 2 days. They were courteous, efficient and explained everything in great detail! It was so helpful! We feel confident using all of our equipment!

AV Outfitters did an amazing job at our home on Hilton Head Island. We had a vision for a new setup. They listened, asked questions and delivered on it. they were excellent communicators, professional and courteous, and respectful of our home during the visit. They have followed up multiple times to make sure that everything is in working order. They truly get what great customer service looks like. We highly recommend them.

I had the team at AV Outfitters install all of the AV systems in my new home. Talk about professionalism and customer service. They are outstanding. They installed indoor and outdoor TVs, installed tv mounts in some challenging spaces (talk about expertise and precision- they mounted my big screen TVs in places I was really worried about because of low vaulting ceilings, etc. and I love the results!!!
They installed some high-end audio equipment and set everything up including advanced sound calibrations for my rooms. Sounds amazing!!!
They installed my mesh internet devices inside and outside and lastly, they installed some beautiful lighting in my great room and my music room/studio.
Their workmanship, attention to detail and desire to make my wife and me 100% satisfied is the reason I am writing this review. We couldn’t be happier with their work and just as importantly, we loved the team that did the work! It was a big job and all of the techs were clean cut, professional and honest!
We sit and enjoy our AV set up everyday and could not be happier we chose AV Outfitters!

We had a great experience with their AV Outfitters' two technicians, Jonah and Deveon, who installed our Frame TV and Sonos Sound Bar.
The two young men were really a breath of fresh air! They were very particular with their measurements and details and when they ran into issues with some of our electrical outlets, they figured it all out!
They were exceptionally polite and courteous and knowledgeable and smart - all qualities we admire and have learned to appreciate very much during our 9 month condo renovation!
Our experience with Audio Video Outfitters, start to finish, was outstanding. From the initial communication (thanks, Ron!) to the installation (thanks, Nick!), their customer service has been exceptional.

We had AV Outfitters install our TVs and also install a Wi-Fi mesh network. The team, led by Donovan, did a great job installing everything and we are very happy with all of the work performed. We would highly recommend AV Outfitters.
